Please read this agreement carefully. By selling diabetic supplies to BetterLife Health Solutions LLC, you acknowledge and accept the rights, responsibilities, and conditions outlined below.
1. Eligibility
I confirm that I am 21 years of age or older and currently residing in the United States of America.
2. Purpose of Service
I understand that BetterLife Health Solutions LLC operates as a buyer of unused, unexpired diabetic test strips and medical supplies and serves as a platform for individuals to sell their extra supplies.
3. Ownership of Items
I certify that:
- I am the rightful and sole owner of the items I am selling to BetterLife Health Solutions LLC, or
- I have been given legal permission by the rightful owner to sell these items.
I understand that if any item is later determined to be stolen, illegally obtained, or not lawfully mine, I will not receive payment, and the items will not be returned.
4. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless BetterLife Health Solutions LLC, including its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates, from any third‑party claims, liabilities, or disputes related to the items I sell.
5. Consent to Communication
I consent to being contacted by BetterLife Health Solutions LLC through any communication channel I provide, including:
- SMS/text
- Phone calls (including automated or recorded systems)
- Physical mail
6. Condition of Supplies
I confirm that:
- All diabetic test strips and supplies I send are sealed, unopened, and in their original boxes.
- I understand that BetterLife Health Solutions LLC does not purchase opened, tampered, or compromised items.
7. Shipping Labels & Kits
BetterLife Health Solutions LLC may provide prepaid shipping labels or shipping kits as a courtesy.
By using these materials, I agree that:
- USPS is the sole carrier responsible for the package once accepted.
- BetterLife Health Solutions LLC is not liable for loss, delay, or damage during transit.
- Any claims for lost or damaged packages must be filed directly with USPS, or I may request BetterLife to file a claim on my behalf.
- I agree to accept the final decision made by USPS or the insurance carrier.
8. Expired or Damaged Items
I understand that:
- BetterLife Health Solutions LLC will not pay for items that are expired upon arrival. These items will be disposed of.
- BetterLife Health Solutions LLC will not pay for items that arrive damaged. If usable, they may be donated to local organizations.
9. Accepted Products
BetterLife Health Solutions LLC:
- Only buys U.S. products with valid NDC codes
- Does not purchase international versions or foreign‑labeled boxes
10. Quote Accuracy & Price Adjustments
I understand that:
- BetterLife Health Solutions LLC will honor my quote for 30 days as long as the items I send match the description I provided.
- Every shipment is inspected.
- If there is any discrepancy (e.g., retail vs. mail‑order boxes, wrong quantity, wrong brand, damaged items), BetterLife Health Solutions LLC reserves the right to adjust the payout accordingly.
- Items will not be returned, so I must ensure my quote accurately reflects what I send.
11. Right to Refuse Submissions
BetterLife Health Solutions LLC reserves the right to:
- Refuse any submission
- Limit or cancel submissions per person, household, or quote
- Reject orders that appear fraudulent or violate federal or state laws
12. Severability
If any part of this agreement is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that portion will be enforced to the fullest extent allowed by law. The remaining provisions will continue to remain valid and enforceable.
